As a board-certified urologist, Dr. Michael Czerwinski leads Island Urology Services, delivering expert, evidence-based urologic care.
Hillary Rand-Czerwinski, RN, a Canadian-trained registered nurse, leads Refined Medical Aesthetics with a focus on natural, refined results and patient-centered aesthetic treatments.

Hillary Rand-Czerwinski, RN
I am a Registered nurse with 16 years of experience primarily in Emergency Medicine. In 2016 my husband and I moved to Bermuda, where we founded Island urology Services and began building our medical practice together.
Over the past four years, I have been actively working in the aesthetics field while continuing my role at Island Urology Services.This journey has led to the creation of Refined Medical Aesthetics--A space dedicated to thoughtful, personalized treatments that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing patient comfort and trust.
My approach to medical aesthetics is rooted in education, trust and individualized care. I am passionate about helping clients feel confident in their own skin by providing clear, honest information and designing treatment plans that are intentional, balanced and aligned with their goals.
Medical Director
Michael Czerwinski, MD, FRCSC
Dr Michael Czerwinski is a Canadian trained Urologist having completed medical school at Western University and Urology training at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He is a specialist in treating conditions of the male and female genital and urinary tract. Special interests include surgical and medical management of male and female incontinence, kidney stones, benign prostate enlargement, vasectomy and more. Recently trained, he is up to date with the most current surgical techniques and Urological guidelines.
